Hair donations
Don't just help us, help the fighters! Cut your hair and help make wigs for cancer patients. You can help people living with cancer find wigs when they lose their hair as a result of cancer treatment. Each ponytail used in a wig is valued at $200 (USD). Although we are not involved in the collection of the hair or the production of wigs, we want to facilitate individuals who want to make the generous donation.
How to prepare your hair:
- it must be clean, dry and not swept off the floor
- it must be a minimum length (check individual program requirements and links below)
- it should not be chemically treated (bleach, colour or perm)
- it should be bundled in a ponytail at both ends or a braid (check individual program requirements)

Help Us Garbage Bags
You too can HELP US by doing something as simple as buying garbage bags. HELP US is a company that tele-fundraises by selling garbage bags to residences and the business sector with a portion of the proceeds going to Colon Cancer Canada. We are grateful to HELP US for their generous support.
HELP US garbage bags are of the same quality as a Glad bag but at a lesser cost and HELP US delivers them directly to your front door. Boutique (tee-shirt) bags are also available. Payment by cash or cheque upon delivery.
